These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of PipeSignals (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Acceptance of these Terms
By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
PipeSignals is a B2B prospecting and outreach platform that helps you identify business opportunities and manage outreach across channels such as LinkedIn and email.
3. Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate information, keep your login credentials secure, and are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of any organization you represent.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to use the Service lawfully and to comply with the terms of any connected third-party platform (for example LinkedIn and Google). You will not use the Service to send unsolicited spam, harass others, or infringe anyone's rights.
5. Third-party services
The Service integrates with third-party platforms, including Google for sign-in, LinkedIn, and email and payment providers. Your use of those platforms remains subject to their own terms and policies.
6. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through a third-party payment processor. Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable. You can cancel at any time, and your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period.
7. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, and content, belongs to PipeSignals. You keep ownership of the data you submit, and you grant us the rights needed to operate the Service for you.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific results from outreach. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PipeSignals shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time and may request deletion of your data.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the date above, and your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
