PipeSignals for Claude, ChatGPT and Codex

Last updated: November 3, 2026

PipeSignals watches your market every day, qualifies sales opportunities, finds the right people and prepares LinkedIn and email approaches. The PipeSignals connector lets your AI assistant work in your workspace with you: review what the radars found, read leads and conversations, correct drafts, approve the messages you choose, and adjust settings.

Before you start

  • A PipeSignals account, as owner or admin of the workspace you want to connect.
  • An active plan or trial on that workspace.

Server address:

https://app.pipesignals.com/api/mcp

Connect

Claude (web, desktop and mobile): open Customize, then Connectors, choose Add custom connector, paste the address and click Connect. Sign in with your PipeSignals account and approve the permissions. The connector is then available in Claude Code signed in to the same account.

Claude Code on its own, in a terminal:

claude mcp add --transport http pipesignals https://app.pipesignals.com/api/mcp

Then type /mcp and choose Authenticate.

ChatGPT (web): open Plugins, click +, choose Add custom MCP server, paste the address and select OAuth.

Codex (CLI, IDE extension and desktop app):

codex mcp add pipesignals --url https://app.pipesignals.com/api/mcp
codex mcp login pipesignals

What you approve

When you connect, PipeSignals shows which workspace the assistant will use and asks for permissions. One connection works in one workspace. You can untick anything except reading.

  • Read: opportunities, leads, conversations, drafts, notes and settings.
  • Edit: correct drafts, add notes, rate opportunities, adjust radars and targeting.
  • Approve sending: schedule LinkedIn messages and emails to your prospects, in your name, through the usual sending queue.
  • Manage team and Manage billing: off by default, only granted if you tick them.

What the assistant can and cannot do

  • Nothing is sent directly. Approving a message puts that exact text in the paced sending queue, which keeps your daily limits, spacing, warm-up, do-not-contact list and duplicate checks.
  • Two actions start paid work, and only when you ask for them: approving a message, and rating an opportunity as relevant, which starts the email lookup for its contacts and releases their LinkedIn invitations.
  • Research, AI drafting and automation restarts are not available through the connector. New radars are created paused.
  • Text written by prospects, notes and sources is treated as data, never as instructions.

Things to ask

  • “What did my radars find this week, and which ones are worth a look?”
  • “Show me the replies waiting for an answer and draft a response to the first one.”
  • “Shorten the email to Maya and keep the question at the end, then show it to me before approving.”
  • “Pause outreach while I am away.”

Disconnect

In PipeSignals, open Settings, then Claude, ChatGPT & MCP, and click Disconnect next to the app under Connected apps. Access stops immediately. You can also remove the connector from Claude or ChatGPT.

Data and support

The connector only reads and changes data in the workspace you chose, with the permissions you granted. Read our privacy policy and terms. Questions or problems: hi@pipesignals.com.
