SubjectYour move to phase 3 and the payer dossier

Hi Anna,

I saw that your lead product just moved into phase 3, with the first patient enrolled last month.

We build the value dossier and access strategy for biotechs at exactly this stage, before the agencies set their expectations.

Would a 20-minute call next week make sense?

They set up their radar.

PipeSignals helps us in two ways: to identify brand-new companies that meet our ICP criteria, and to tactically adjust our outreach to those already on our radar thanks to new signals it detects. The 'reinforcement' feature, rating the signals it identifies, makes the tool continuously better.

I've used plenty of prospecting tools, most hand you a list of names and stop there. PipeSignals shows me who and which companies are worth contacting, and why, so as a solo MSP salesperson I spend my week on real opportunities, not blind cold outreach.

Frequently asked questions

What exactly is an opportunity?

A change of context detected at a company that matches your offer: a hire, a site opening, a fundraise, a change of leadership. Every opportunity is sourced: you see where the information comes from.

How does the radar know what I care about?

You set it up at the start with your offer, your targets and the signals to watch. Then every opportunity you rate refines it.

Where does the data come from?

From public sources: job postings, press releases, news, LinkedIn, company websites. Every opportunity links back to its original source.

Are the email addresses reliable?

Every address is verified across more than 20 providers before it reaches you. Addresses that cannot be verified are not shown.

Will I get phone numbers?

Yes. You can run a number search for each identified lead, through several providers. It is a paid add-on that you turn on when you need it.

Do I have to connect my LinkedIn account?

It is not required. You can use PipeSignals purely to watch your market and act by email, by phone or by pushing opportunities into your CRM. If you connect LinkedIn, PipeSignals sends the invitations and your inbox receives your conversations, and you keep control of every message before it goes out.

How long does it take to get started?

You enter your website, and the radar is pre-configured from your offer. You adjust your targets and your signals, then the first opportunities arrive the next morning.

How much does it cost?

290 USD per month for up to two prospecting radars: opportunities identified every weekday, leads identified on LinkedIn with email lookup, and suggested messages. Connecting your CRM (HubSpot, etc.) is included. Phone number lookup is available as a paid option. One-week free trial.
